Chef Quetzalcóatl Zurita and Keisuke Harada at Quinta Risas del Sol

Quetzalcóatl Zurita, born and raised in Oaxaca Mexico, he captures the flavors of the central valleys and coastal region that are represented in his current gastronomic work as the owner and head chef at AlmOraduz

Keisuke Harada, born in Kyoto Japan. He studied in the Big apple NYC. Presents a varied representation of Japanese dishes with light Mexican touches. Currently the head Chef at Kakurega Omakase in Hotel Escondido Grupo Habita
